run statements report by client class

It would be great if when we run the billing report, we could run by client class. We have our patient broken up between regular ins, WC, Auto etc. We like to send the patients who actually hae a balance due (regular ins patients) at least monthly, but the auto and WC just need FYI statements less frequently while their cases are still litigated.
