A custom report like the Statement Balance

A custom report like the Statement Balance Report in Snapshot Reports but includes the mailing addresses of each of the patients listed on the report?

We need a report like the Statement Balance Report in Snapshot Reports that includes the address of the patients listed on the report. It's crazy that you cannot export that information at this time. We would use it to mail merge with custom patient statements we have created.
