Medicare Secondary Payment with PTA reduction

I was wondering if Therabill is plannning a work around for the PTA reduction in pay with Medicare
Medicare is reducing the rate when provided by a PTA but the secondary is paying the full amount without the % reduction
This make the medicare adjustment inaccurate, and creates a "credit" on the patient's account when the secondary payment is applied
