Quick Note Stays Saved Even after note is finalized

Quick Note erases after note is finalized, which is very frustrating for the multiple providers and admin staff that access the note. Especially if it is an important billing note, that needs to be seen after the note is finalized, it is essential that the quick note does not get erased.
