useful when making new clients, in school its rarely 1 hour, its usually 30 minutes. way less clicks if its done this way. way more user friendly

ALL of our appointments are a full hour. I would like to keep the default at 1 hour duration.
Do you know that you can change the default duration for each of your users? Under "Setting Actions" on the left hand side of the scheduler, select "Settings". You can change this to 30 minutes for you and your other schedulers.
