As an outsourced billing company, one of the things we check prior to billing out claims is to check the unnamed cases for an exam code and/or exam date of service. If the cases now crossover with a name automatically there is no way to tell us to check for this when viewing a patients charges in the insurance invoice area. Charges with a case already named will look like normal charges if they do not have an exam because the provider missed entering the charges for the visit completely or missed inputting the just the exam cpt code charge. Also when trying to change the case names now with something to symbol the new case has been reviewed and it is okay to bill out, the name changes back to what is in WebPT everytime the WebPT patient account is saved if something changes.
