WebPT Ideas and Discovery

I would like for there to be a way to change the default service location for my clinic without changing the billing address. I spoke with a customer service rep today, who told me this was not possible. That seems strange, though, because the default service location for my other therapist is the correct location, but the default service location for me is the wrong location.
