Make WebPT and Therabill both work good with the same browser.

WebPT tells us to use firefox that other browsers cause issues, but when we switched we started having issues with Therabill. They say to us internet explorer so we have to switch back and forth between the two.

    We never recommend Internet Explorer for any of our products as it is outdated and has been discontinued by Microsoft. Personally, I recommend Google Chrome for all of WebPT's applications although many users use Firefox.
