WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Please add Parents/Guardian/Responsible Party with contact information to patient information and cover sheet. We are pediatric clinic and need to send demographics pages to other healthcare professionals with patient info, insurance info, parent contacts. We are unable to use the cover sheet to send and it makes it very difficult to refer to other professionals. All of doctors we work with are able to send a demographics sheet with all the necessary information to start a chart, but we are not able to do the same. This would be beneficial for an outpatient orthopedics clinic as well as pediatric clinics like ours when they see anyone under 18 years of age. Thank you!
