The majority of my patients are MC and BC when pre-auth they deny every time even if the auth number is in box 19. When a MC HAS A SECONDARY DOES NOT CROSS OVER YOU DROP TO PAPER AND DOWNLOAD EOB FROM MC AND ATTACH AND MAIL!!!!!!!!! VERY INCONVEINENT
