Medicare corrected claim needs frequency | WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Medicare corrected claim needs frequency code 1 but you don't have that

Medicare corrected claim requires frequency code 1, but Therabill only offers 6/7/8. In order to send a corrected claim to Medicare, the claim needs frequency 1 with the original claim # on the electronic claim. Medicare has not allowed paper claims in several years. Can you please add this frequency code as soon as possible????

Medicare does not accept Corrected Claims. Simply submit the claim like new and the EDI/837 file will have the Frequency Code of 1 automatically!

I didn't think Medicare allowed corrected claims? I thought we had to call to correct them or submit them online thru Novitasphere?
