WebPT Ideas and Discovery

It would be beneficial for statements that are invoiced to carry over to WebPT in either the patients' eDocs or a new, specific tab so that admin can reference it when a patient wishes to pay a bill. Some of our staff do not have access to Therabill because they don't have the need for all of its functions and do not have the training. However, they are often the ones fielding the phone calls from patients wishing to pay their balance. If the billing coordinators are out of the office, the staff are unable to provide the patient an accurate account of their balance and cannot reference any document to answer any possible questions.
