Zip Code added to CC section of patient statements

We cannot run credit cards without the cardholder's zip code. There is not a spot on the statements for the patients to include this information when they send in their payments. Adding this would make things much easier for us and our patients.

We are releasing an update to include the CVV on the Client Balance Statement over the next few weeks. I have updated your idea to solely reflect the request to add ZIP Code.
