I briefly saw a similar request on here, but then it went away.When an employee leaves there is still a timeframe when their claims are being processed and may need to be refiled. Currently, Therabill makes you delete a licensee completely with no access to their account. In WebPT, you can toggle between licensees as long as you do not have more than your total number active at any one time. This would be helpful to avoid having to file paper claims in the event there is an issue with a previous licensees claims without having to pay the licensee fee for an indefinite time.
