Appointment reminder responses should go directly to the therapist who is scheduled with the client who is cancelling their appointment rather than going to the administrator who is responsible for billing, as currently set up.

Currently, I do not see a way to turn off appointment reminders for the clients on the schedule. That should be optional rather than the default.

More importantly, when a client responds to the reminder to cancel the appointment, the message does not go directly to the therapist whose client is cancelling. Instead, the cancel message goes to the administrator who is under the billing information. That does not make sense and can be considered in violation of HIPAA. Therabill must change that immediately.
