WebPT Ideas and Discovery

When setting up a new patient in WebPT, we are able to put the insurance information including the amount of copay expected. The insurance information transfers to Therabill. The copay due information does not. There is s field in the demographic area in Therabill where the copay amount due can be entered, but why can't it be sent over automatically like everything else?

It is so helpful when working accounts to have the patient's responsibility stated in Therabill. We either have to toggle back to WebPT or manually make a sticky note, or enter it into the demographic in Therabill.

I can't be the only Therabill user who would like to see this updated. Please consider the help it would be on the back end of collecting.
