WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Please consider making it an OPTION to have the medical diagnosis listed on claims. Currently the way WebPT flows into Therabill there is no option and so ALL Medical and Treating diagnosis get reported on claim forms and on occasion these dx can be excluded from each other and cause billing issues and denials. The ONLY advice I've been giving is to remove the unneeded code before filing a claim, however everytime a new note is completed and flows over the problem happens again.. it isn't a permanent fix, it's just a temporary fix. Not all medical diagnosis are appropriate or necessary to report when billing services, what is NECESSARY are the treating diagnosis and as far as I'm concerned they should be the ONLY codes we report.
