My idea is to have the alphabet displayed vertically on the right-hand side of the screen for when posting payments in "batch insurance" mode. Currently, when an EOB and payments that do not flow in automatically, we have to constantly scroll up and down, up and down. The idea of the "ABC"s is so that we can click on the letter of the first letter in the patient's last name and the page will automatically scroll to the last names with that letter. Ex: Smith, J -> click "S" -> Therabill goes to the "S"s and now we need only to scroll to the name. It would save time for billers and posters.

This is a fantastic idea. We're currently brainstorming ways to make the COB Batch Insurance & Batch Insurance pages easier to navigate with a large number of clients. This will definitely be taken into consideration.
