When we invoice a claim the primary insurance and secondary insurance should show in that order no matter how/when it was added/updated in Therabill.

Therabill support's answer.

After further research- the secondary is showing at the top because the card that was recently added was 1.The most recent card added and 2.It was added manually to Therabill. This is the reason the primary card is at the bottom.
