We have many patients with two insurances. When their primary insurance requires an Authorization and authorization number be added to the claims we need an easier way to remove that authorization number from the secondary claims. Turning the auth watch off and then back on is cumbersome, makes it easier to forget to turn it back on and you may miscount visits, and must have a long off period to wait for digital claims to process. Accidentally leaving the authorization number on increases the amount of declined claims.
