WebPT Ideas and Discovery

It would be nice to be able to run a patient statement for a specific case instead of having to bill for a patient's whole account. Some patients may have multiple cases, and one is being billed to a lawyer, while the other should be billed to the patient. We can separate them as long as they are during different date ranges, but if they are being seen for both cases at the same time there is no way to separate cases. Session balance reports should be able to be divided up by case as well.
