When reviewing the Balance A/R reports under snap shot reports and when you expand the insurance to see what is listed for Dates of Services that have not been addressed, there should be a hyperlink on the clients name or date of service to drill into the clients account from that report. This will save time from having to exit or minimize the screen to go into that clients chart.
