MORE OPTIONS FOR INSURANCE INVOICE

When you first click into Insurance Invoicing, the options on the right for DOS, hide re-submissions, etc are not there. You have to hit "View all" first and wait for everything to populate before you can filter. If the filters were there before you hit view, it would be faster loading.
