In our copay custom client export the data can be broken up across multiple lines for a single client. This makes the reporting feature unusable as we do not have unique client data on each line. An example would be our client with the identifier 5532. When I export their data it is split across 3 lines.

We will look into completing this enhancement in the future. What is happening is that you have line breaks in the custom Insurance Notes field on the client's chart, so when the Custom Client Report is exported, the line breaks from that box separate the data into individual lines. To help remedy this, we would recommend comma-separating the Insurance Notes instead of entering line breaks.
