Many patients and Agencies now use EFT or ACH to send funds for services, espwecially since Pandemic. EFT/ACH is not an avaiable selection in the Batch AGENCY OR Batch Client payment screen. Patiens with telehealth often use services like ZELLE, PAYPAL, VENMO which need to be distinguished from checks when recording a payment. THis is espeially true for Batch Agency which may have many DOS pmts. Makes it very cumbersome to have to go into each pmt to edit to EFT.
