I wish there was a clinic drop down menu where you could switch easily in between multiple clinics like on WebPT without having to log in and out each time for getting into another clinic's account. Billers that have lots of clinics would be able to work faster and (me) patient accounts would be able to get the info I need to a lot faster while I am on the phone with a patient instead of asking them to wait while I get into that clinic's account.

We used to have a feature that accommodated this. However, for this to be allowed, the Therabill accounts must be owned by the same person/company. If this is your situation, please reach out to Therabill Support and we can look into the possibility of setting this up for you.
