Is there a way to sync Therabill's calendar with Outlook?

Ideas created are weighted against all other ideas submitted and the benefit they would provide to the entirety of Therabill Members. While we have received some requests to create this integration with Outlook, there are a substantial number of other submitted ideas that have more votes and other planned roadmap items that would provide a much greater benefit to Therabill Members as a whole. Stating that this is unlikely to implement does not mean that it will never get implemented but that there are a large number of features/enhancements with a much higher priority and impact ahead of this idea. While we would love to implement every idea that someone submits, it is unrealistic as we do not have an unlimited number of development resources.

What I meant was that by not offering syncing calendars to all the main platforms, by default, you are catering to some and not all. I know that we have brought this up several times and we get the same answer. When does it become a priority? If it was offered, and announced, I would assume that many other practices would jump on this. Also, it is my understanding that Google is not HIPAA compliant (generally speaking). Whereas, depending on the level purchased, Office365 is HIPAA compliant. Assuming that I am wrong about the HIPAA compliancy of Google, could I sync the calendar with Google and then sync the Google calendar with Outlook?
Marti, we already offer an integration with Google Calendar.
We do not cater to specific Members; we develop and enhance what is best for the majority of our Members. If a large number of Members upvote this idea, it is something that will be taken into consideration for future roadmaps. The 2024 roadmap is largely defined so this could be a candidate for 2025, based on voting over the next year.
So, you cater to some of your customers but not others? I find it hard to believe that our organization uses Office 365 and would like this integration. What would it take to have this integration looked into?
Why is this "unlikely to implement"? Why limit you capability?
How about with Google?
