Insurances

Please give us the ability to remove insurances from the list that have been incidentally created. Even if we have to place a ticket in with Therabill to have it removed and prove that its not one that has an EDI attached and has no claims attached to it. This way - staff do not continue to accidentally choose it.

And the ability to edit ones we've created! If someone misspells something or forgets to mark it as print & mail only, we need to be able to edit it, instead of having to create, yet, ANOTHER one.
