I think it would be very useful to have a search feature tied to the electronic claims error so that one could be sure they are addressing all claims for a particular patient rather than having to scroll through reading each patient on the list. Sometimes patients show up multiple times because if several claims are sent with several service and there is an error, it will show the same patient repeatedly because of each service code. Plus once you go into a particular claim to take action on it, you then need to go through the entire list if you aren't working on patients in order. It would greatly benefit from additional tools.
