WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Can username and time stamp be added to simple notes and progress notes regardless if it's a provider or admin level user any time a change or edit is made? It would be good to know who is adding or changing a note. Currently, if an admin level user does a simple note, it only shows the practice name.
