Diagnosis Mapping

If a diagnosis code is entered anywhere within a client file, it should auto-populate throughout their entire file (notes, statements, default diagnosis, etc.). Currently, if a diagnosis is entered into a progress note, it does not reflect in the client file as a default diagnosis.
