Would like to see a option to print a list of clients by provider.
Maybe a way to print mailing labels for clients off that list.

You can use the Custom Client report to do all of this! You can create a report that uses First Name, Last Name, Default Provider (assuming you use that field on the client's chart), and any other data points you desire. Then when you generate the report, you can group by Default Provider.
For mailing labels, you can create a Custom Client report that includes their name and the address fields. Once created, you can export to CSV and import that into Excel (or a similar program) and continue from there.
