WebPT Ideas and Discovery

We currently have multiple patients who are coming in for two difference cases. For example, a personal case and a workers compensation case. In WebPT we are able to specify that each case has a different insurance, however, this does not translate into Therabill. Therabill adds both insurance, though you are not able to toggle between utilizing both simultaneously. In addition, when the WC insurance pulls over into Therabill, it then adds the accident information onto the personal insurance as well. This has caused multiple billing issues and denials as we do not always remember to manually delete "employment" and "accident date".
