I get virtual cards from payors such as cigna, zellis, work comp etc. I have to apply the card through the world pay payment taking aspect of the WebPT. However, I cannot associate that payment with the payor and instaed have to assign the payments in the client aspect. If I go into assign payments based on the EOB in therabill, the system thinks that I have received double payment.
I'd like to be able to run my worldpay credit cards through therabill when I process the EOB.
