It would be SO helpful if I could filter for individual patients when working through the Electronic Claims Error box. Because one claim could result in many entries in this error box and because we tend to send out many patients in one day, this box can quickly fill up. In order to clear it out, if I don't work in the order of errors listed, I find that I have to search through the list over and over again to try to get all the lines for just one patient. It takes so much longer than if I could just search the patient and work through the list of just that one patient.
