WebPT Ideas and Discovery

We would really benefit by having the availability to several calendars for scheduling. Where we can schedule treatment rooms, equipment and re-assessments. Employees have discussed using Google for these other schedules but then we are getting too many apps to manage. Plus I am unsure about HIPAA issues with Google. I want to keep it nice and clean. Any chance this could happen?
