Allow users to select reports and enter dates/DON'T PRE-POPULATE INFORMATION

(When trying to run an AR report) - not only are reports pre-selected but also dates are pre-populated which requires waiting for the wrong report to run, then changing report and have it run again for the incorrect dates - then you finally can enter the dates for which you want the report (FRUSTRATING AND A WASTE OF TIME).
