Therabill needs to reflect the interest paid on patient claims on the remittance advice. It should match exactly what is sent from the insurance company. I don't understand paying for a service like Therabill when you then have to go to the insurance company/availity to obtain a remittance to see what the extra payment is for so it can be documented and applied correctly.
