Change location of Date of Birth back to first line of information within client account

Please change the 'date of birth' back to where it was before you added the 'gender identity' and the 'pronoun' selections. The 'date of birth' should be in a more prominent spot as in the first line of information for the client and easier to see as it is a required element in all billing aspects; where 'gender identity' and 'pronouns' are not a billing or medical documentation requirement for insurance billing purposes.
