When Changing Client name in payments, Make it Mandatory to Change Insurance Company

At the moment, in COB payments, when you enter an insurance company, it remains until changed but does not appear in the "Insurance Company Box" after entering the client's first payments. Would it be possible for the Insurance Company name to appear at all times as a reminder to change said company when needed?
