Suggestion
Having a tab specifically for documentation that is incomplete or needs a signature would be incredibly beneficial.
Problem
It is cumbersome to have to be in dashboard view, go to the correct date, click the little note button, then click the new note option (even if it's not a new note), check the past note tab to see if I have already written something for that appointment, type or update the note, save, and then start the process over for the next appointment. It makes a tedious and unpleasant task take 2-3 times as long, when there could easily be a Notes tab that consolidates appointments with no notes at all, appointments with unsigned notes, and other open documentation.

Every other EMR I have worked with, even the VA's outdated system, has this feature.
Even better if a practice administrator is able to set up parameters for how/when a client note is labelled as complete, in progress, or not started. This would allow a practice to set specifications for how they want documentation done within the TheraBill system. Especially since there are many ways to document a session within the current system.
