Change the default date range in the posting payments area

If you click Enter Payment, Single payment, the date range that automatically defaults is 3 weeks ago to today. Please change that to 90 days ago or have an option that we can select to default it to whatever date range we want or to even leave it blank.

    90 days is really not enough. especially if pip or wc claims need to be resent, they will be missed! Why change something that has worked great for the 8 years we have been part of therabill... It seems there are alot of things that could be fixed, but we post ideas, and nothing changes... very frustrating
