WebPT Ideas and Discovery

We frequently need to provide long running legal or work comp cases a complete snapshot of all claim documents. Sometimes this can span years. It's incredibly cumbersome to need to click through these individually. It would be great if there was an option (perhaps in the custom reporting area) where you could download these in bulk (filtered based on the criteria the custom reporting already provides). At the very least if would be great if a ticket could be opened and support could do this on the back-end and just provide the result.
