Please update Arkansas Medicaid Claim submission

If you submit claims via a vendor/clearing house, the ordering provider information would be listed in Loop 2420E is for the ordering provider. Here is a link to the current AR Medicaid companion guide 837P_Companion_Guide.doc

The ordering provider is whomever ordered the service being billed. That provider must be enrolled with AR Medicaid and must be an actual person.
