We should be able to delete insurance companies from the managed ins list or this should be a MASTER list that only an admin can create and manage. From the insurance card in a patient's chart the user should just be able to select an insurance from that master list. There are way too many insurances being entered incorrectly or duplicates... Therefore things are being billed incorrectly or delaying billing, etc.
