Allow members to remove start date from Insurance Invoicing Queue & not auto-populate again after every invoice. Having to remove this after every client that is invoiced is time consuming and adds an extra step every time we invoice....which adds up when invoicing thousands of clients. We need to be able to see all claims that we have moved back to the Insurance Invoicing Queue and often sessions that we have moved back may fall outside the range that Therabill now has auto-populated, which hides those sessions from our view unless we remove that date. We have claims that are outstanding waiting for an Insurance Ombudsman's review or it may be a denial for another reason. But there are many reasons there are dates of service that we need to see when we open that client's outstanding sessions on the Insurance Invoicing Queue.
