There should be a hold bucket for DOS that are not yet to be billed. For ex. right now we keep any patients that are not ready to be billed for whatever reason in the Bill Insurance area so we dont forget to bill them out when the issue is fixed. There should be a place to move them too so we can get them out of the Bill Insurance area. Another ex. we have a dr whose NPI is not reg with the State. We are waitng for that to happen. Until then all that Drs patients have to stay in Bill Ins area until he is credentialed. Its very easy to forget and someone else bill that patient out as it is in the bill ins area. We should have another HOLD spot tomove it too
