With the recent Change healthcare security issue, certain insurances were affected differently for different facilities. The option to search AR tracking under the report by insurance company would help to manage AR Claims follow-ups when ERAs and paper claims no longer come electronically if this were to happen in the future with another clearinghouse. And being able to only show the patients that have outstanding claims/amounts due for a specific insurance allows for an easier time of tracking the issue, especially with insurances that pay within different time frames (WC up to 60 days, etc.)
