Im a psychologist and own a group private practice. We have used TheraBill for about 10 years. We have over 3500 clients on Therabill. Now, we are closing our practice aand there is no efficient way to provide clients with their progress notes. Your tech guys suggest I convert each progress note per day of service to a pdf and send to client. Problem with that is many of our clients have over 100 dates of service with progress notes .
Clients are entitled to their records yet your paltform makes it very difficult to provide.

Therabill does offer a bulk download of Documentation but it appears that you are documenting via Simple Note. If this is correct, there is a way to bulk print/email these per patient. When on the patient's chart, go to the Filing tab and then click Simple Notes.
On this screen, click Manage Notes. Then, click the All button next to Select. Change the Action drop-down to the desired outcome and click Go.
