Add fields to client profile

We are a pediatric practice and would love the ability to add fields to the client profile such as parent names, allergies, etc.

    If you navigate to Clients > Client List, click the Tools button on the right-hand side and select Custom Client Fields. After adding, these fields appear under the Custom tab on the client's chart.
